Make this fun and easy take on an Italian classic for a quick lunch or dinner.

  • 2 POM® Original Bagels, halved and toasted
  • 2 prepared breaded chicken cutlets, cooked according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) pizza sauce
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese


Layer cooked chicken, pizza sauce and cheese over bottom halves of bagels.

Place on foil-lined baking sheet; broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted. Cap with tops of bagels.


Alternatively, cook in toaster oven.

Add grated Parmesan cheese to sandwich if desired.

Add a little basil pesto to the sandwich for a fresh addition if desired.
