Cheesy, tasty chicken and Parmesan, with the freshness of basil.

  • 2 Slices POM® White Bread
  • 2 Mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast Strips
  • 2 tbsp Marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Softened butter
  • 5 Basil leaves


TOP one slice of bread with a slice of Mozzarella cheese.
In a small bowl toss chicken and marinara sauce.

ARRANGE the chicken mixture over to cheese followed by the Parmesan cheese and the second slice cheese and the remaining slice of bread.
Butter the outside of the sandwich.

PLACE a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side or until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is golden brown.
Gently pull the sandwich apart while it is hot and add the basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
