This is definitely the “king” of sandwiches. It makes a great midnight snack.

  • 2 POM® Tortillas 100% Whole Wheat (10 inch)
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) chunky peanut butter
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) honey


Place tortillas on clean work surface; spread peanut butter evenly over half of each tortilla. Top evenly with banana slices andbacon; drizzle with honey. Fold tortilla over to enclose filling.

Preheat panini press according to manufacturer’s instructions. Cook panini for 2 to 3 minutes or until warmed through; cut into wedges.
