Try this cool twist on the comfort-food classic.

  • 2 POM® Tortillas Ancient Grains, large
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) melted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ketchup


Sprinkle cheese over tortillas; roll up. Brush outside of tortillas with melted butter.

Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; place rolls, seam side down, in skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown on all sides. Slice rolls in half and serve with ketchup for dipping.

Tip: These rolls are great dipped in a bowl of tomato soup.
