Crunchy pear is layered with turkey and tangy blue cheese on a whole wheat bagel.

  • 1 POM® Whole Wheat Bagel, halved and toasted
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula
  • 2 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices pear


SPREAD bagel halves with mustard.

TOP bottom half of bagel with arugula, turkey, blue cheese and pear.

CAP with top of bagel.

Tip: Substitute spinach for the arugula if desired.
