Enjoy an easy, family-friendly snack in less than 15 minutes!

  • 2 POM® Tortillas Original, large
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Tex-Mex cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) salsa


Lay tortillas flat on clean surface. Sprinkle cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla; fold over to enclose cheese filling.

In large, nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat, toast quesadillas for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown and crispy. Cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Tip: Add chopped cooked chicken, cooked peppers or pickled jalapeno peppers for extra flavour.

Tip: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
