This variation on a Reuben sandwich is all wrapped up.

  • 2 POM® Tortillas 100% Whole Wheat (7 inch)
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) sweet Russian mustard
  • 2 slices pastrami (about 3 oz/90 g total)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (about 1 oz/30 g total)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sauerkraut, drained
  • Dill pickles
  • Prepared Thousand Island dressing (optional)


Arrange tortillas on clean work surface; spread mustard along centre of each tortilla, leaving small border at ends. Arrange pastrami, cheese and 2 tbsp (30 mL) of the sauerkraut overtop; fold up bottoms of tortillas over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.

Serve with remaining sauerkraut, dill pickles, and Thousand Island Dressing, if using.
