Make plain old bacon and eggs more fun with these easy family-friendly breakfast bagels.

  • 4 POM® Everything Bagels, halved
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) butter
  • 8 slices butter (Boston) lettuce
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices large tomato
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked
  • 4 over-easy fried eggs


Toast bagels and spread with butter. Top bottom halves of bagels with lettuce, cheese, tomato, bacon and fried eggs. Cap with bagel tops.

Tip: These bagels are also delicious with smoked Cheddar, Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese.
