This deli-style sandwich is easy to whip up for a quick lunch.

  • 1 POM® Everything Bagel, halved and toasted
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sweet deli mustard
  • 4 slices pastrami (about 2 oz/60 g)
  • 1 slice havarti cheese


Spread mustard over bottom half of bagel. Top with pastrami and cheese. Cap with top of bagel. To serve, cut in half.

Add pickles to sandwich or serve on the side.

Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise to sandwich for a creamy addition.

Add arugula or spinach to sandwich if you like.
